Trying to get organised. Travelling heaps and just a matter of getting into routine.

Sam D-M: In 2001 I completed my training in Group Fitness and Personal Training, following this I trained in numerous Les Mills programs. In 2003 I decided to pursue my interest in Figure competitions. I got 2nd place Novice at the IFBB. I continued to train and in 2004 won overall Ms Western Australia with the INBA, then proceeded to the Nationals where I won Ms Figure Intermediate. In 2005 I competed at the Olympia and placed 4th in Ms Figure and received Bronze in the Sportsmodel division. In 2006 I started training other competitors, some of my clients receiving National Titles. Two weeks after the Nationals I had major shoulder surgery to correct posterior instability, after 6mths rehab I was back training and instructing. In 2007 I became involved in judging competitions. I was made a judge at the 2008 WA titles. My son Jethro was born in April 2008. I run a Shipbuilding company and balance teaching group fitness in the evenings.
